About the role
Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention and support.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient health and report changes to caregivers and family members
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Document patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA)
- Experience in home health care or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of basic first aid
