About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant III – MMC BID SAN role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: One year of experience at SMHC required. Minimum of 30 months professional experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Certified Nursing Assistant II role.

Pay

The base pay range is $20.68 to $25.10 per hour. A $4,000 sign‑on bonus is offered; current MaineHealth employees are not eligible, and returning MaineHealth employees must be separated from MaineHealth for at least 6 months to qualify.

Schedule

Full‑time, day shift: three 12‑hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
