What's Available

• 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)
• Available to regularly work scheduled hours;
• Must be available for off-shift, weekend & holiday coverage.

What You Will Do

• Travel in 30-mile radius to patient homes to assist with basic care for residents in the areas of nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility and safety.
• Works collaboratively with the health care team members to effectively communicate and document accurate information.

What You Need

• Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota
• Active driver’s license
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
