Responsibilities
- Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance, and initiation of activities that stimulate the mind.
- Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands.
- Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments as needed.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc).
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Implement the care plan as instructed.
- Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.
Requirements
- Experience with caregiving/Home Management Skills
- CNA or HHA Certification or other certification
- Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card or have reliable transportation
- Be able to work in USA - Social Security Card or Birth Certificate or Work permit
- Able to pass Level II Background Check
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Auto Insurance
- TB test (PPD or Chest X-Ray) Results
- Genuine Desire to Help Clients
- Professional and Friendly Attitude
- Willingness to Work Flexible Hours (may include night shifts)
