Certified Nursing Assistant / Day Shift

About the role

NHC offers a competitive pay scale ranging from $17 to $23 per hour based on years of experience and shift. This position requires a CNA license and is open for part-time, full-time, or PRN schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• CNA License Required
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing compassionate care

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
