About the role
National HealthCare Corporation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their DAY shift position at West Meade Place, located at 1000 St Luke Drive, Nashville, TN 37205. This role requires a CNA license and offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Provide basic hygiene and grooming assistance
- Help patients with meals and medication administration
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- CNA License Required
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
