About the role

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment at Willowdale Village. They assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and offer reassurance to residents.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Provide physical assistance to residents as needed, including lifting and moving.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to maintain a respectful and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• A strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
