Absolut Center is looking for dedicated individuals to join our upcoming CNA Training Program. We cover the cost of your training and certification, pay you while you learn, and offer immediate employment as a CNA upon completion.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to residents (assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals)
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in health status to nursing staff
• Create a comfortable, safe, and positive environment for residents
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic attitude
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist residents safely
