Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) SUPERVISOR

Lakefront Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in the culturally diverse Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, is seeking a C.N.A. Supervisor to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. Founded over 40 years ago, we are committed to providing high-quality care and have a strong reputation for excellence in skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, and mental health programming.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the high standard of care expected at Lakefront Nursing and Rehabilitation Center by providing general supervision of Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary education to CNAs.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and observe changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Collaborate with various agencies to support residents returning to independent living.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement: Unencumbered State of Illinois C.N.A. certificate and CPR certification.
• One year of C.N.A. experience is preferred but not required.
