Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA

Schedule
- Full-time: 7a–3p, 3p–11p, and 11p–7a
- Part-time: 7a–3p, 3p–11p, and 11p–7a
All shifts available.
Pay
- Starting from $18.50/hour, increases with experience
- Shift differential: $3.00/hour for 2nd shift and $1.50/hour for 3rd shift
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
- Presenting elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
- Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
- Assisting elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
- Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
- Performing laundry and light housekeeping tasks
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification required in the State of Ohio (applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry; on-the-job assistance available for certification)
- Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents
