Overview

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
• Presenting elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
• Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
• Aiding the elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
• Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED
• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communications, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to use tools and equipment required

Pay

Starting from $18.50 increases with experience plus $3.00 2nd shift differential and $1.50 3rd shift differentials
