Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Springs Ranch

Full-time opportunities available at Springs Ranch with a pay range of $19–$20/hour, dependent on experience. Multiple shifts, including 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM. New CNA graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
• Respond promptly to all resident needs and/or requests for care, providing or obtaining assistance as necessary
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times
• Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Colorado (NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs will need additional training and testing prior to working and earning the same rate as a CNA)
• Ability to obtain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and state regulations
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
