About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs.
• Absorb and implement the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."
• Provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities.
• Create a safe environment for resident care.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

• Pay range: $18-25 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience.
• Shift differentials: $1 for Evening shift, $2 for NOC shift.

Schedule

• Full-Time Day shifts: 6AM-2PM
• Full-Time Evening shifts: 2PM-10PM
• Full-Time NOC shifts: 10PM - 6AM
