About the role

Jefferson House was the first nursing home opened in the state of Connecticut. We are very proud of our long history as a non-profit organization and member of the Hartford Healthcare community. We provide excellent long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to seniors in the greater Hartford area.

Qualifications

• CT CNA certification required
• One-year previous patient care experience preferred
• Strong team player
• Compassionate approach to older adults

Schedule

7a-3:30p, every other weekend/holiday.
