Working within a model of “Safe Patient Family Centered Care”, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of our Health Care team. Responsibilities
- Assists in the administration of nursing care to designated residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required; Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
- Experience: Relevant experience preferred
Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).

Sign-on bonus
- 0-1 years of experience: $2,500 (full time)
- 1+ years of experience: $4,000 (full time)
- Bonus amount prorated for part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a full or part time CNA position
- Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment
