About the role
Silver Birch of Michigan City is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their Clinical Team. In this role, you’ll provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. The work you do truly makes a difference in the health, happiness, and quality of life of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Aid residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals
- Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team
- Document care and services in the electronic system
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- A current CNA license in good standing
- Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude
- Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful
