Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Spring View Manor LLC located south of Wichita, Conway Springs, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with proper hygiene, including bathing as assigned.
• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc., and transport them accordingly.
• Answer residents' call lights promptly.
• Attend in-service educational programs, on-the-job training programs, and meetings as directed.
• Chart required information every shift pertaining to the role of the CNA.
• Present a professional image to consumers through appropriate behavior, speech, and attire.
• Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns and ensure all consumer/resident rights are protected.

Qualifications

• Must have certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Must possess patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to handle residents based on their current maturity levels is required.
