Silver Birch of Muncie is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their Clinical Team. This role involves providing hands-on care and daily support to residents, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Offer friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A current CNA license in good standing.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.
