About the Role

This position involves providing patient care and support within a healthcare facility, collaborating with medical professionals to develop personalized care plans, and assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and assist with patient activities
• Respond to patient call lights and support healthcare team during procedures
• Follow safety, infection control standards, and facility policies
• Ensure timely and professional performance of duties
• Complete mandatory educational and departmental requirements
• Assist with patient transportation within the facility
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Alabama
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adhere to safety protocols
