Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-PRN-

About the role

We are seeking compassionate CNAs to work with end-of-life patients. At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and as directed by nursing management.
• Work with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care for residents.
• Strictly follow all company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, collaborating daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
• Eager to gain higher-level opportunities such as certifications and further education.
• Work closely with patients on a 1‑to‑1 basis while receiving strong support from the patient care team.
• Able to work independently and on your own from a day‑to‑day basis.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice.

Pay

Pay range is $22‑$26 per hour; competitive pay.
