Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Per Diem

About the role

We are looking for compassionate individuals who can provide care to residents as directed by the licensed nurses and as outlined in the plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, and bed mobility.
• Provide assistance to residents who are dependent and need special care.
• Communicate with nurses and keep them informed about the residents.
• Document information about residents, including weights, vital signs, food and fluid intake, and ADL flow sheets.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A./CNA) certification.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate care.
• Effective communication skills to relay information to nursing staff.
• Accurate documentation of resident data.
• Compliance with Department of Public Health COVID‑19 vaccination guidance.

Schedule

Per Diem – All Shifts
