What You’ll Do
At our behavioral health center (an Intermediate Care Facility or ICF), CNAs play a big role in helping our “residents” feel safe, supported, and on track with their psychological rehab and recovery goals. You’ll be part of a close-knit behavioral health team that truly cares and works together every day.
- Support guests with daily care and encourage healthy routines.
- Help create a calm, positive, and respectful environment.
- Work alongside nurses, therapists, and coordinators as part of a strong care team.
- Be a steady, friendly presence residents can count on and help de-escalate behavioral issues.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in IL.
- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population is helpful, but not required.
Pay
Hourly wage: $18.00–$24.00 based on years of experience.
Schedule
Part time; 8-hour shifts. Varying shifts Monday–Friday with every other weekend rotation. Start date: ASAP, with new employee orientation classes held every other Wednesday starting at 10:30am (full-day attendance required).
