Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Part-time PM Shift - New Rates! New Grads Welcome!

About the role

Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds, providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior population (ages 21 and up). Residents do not require skilled care—they are more independent. This is a slower-paced center where you get to know your patients, with less lifting and less physical demand on your body.

What you'll do

• Provide compassionate care monitoring to a unique population
• Assist and attend activity outings with residents
• Help residents with things like choosing clothing or setting appointments
• Enjoy one-on-one time and meaningful patient interaction

Schedule

PM shift, part-time: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm with an every other weekend rotation.

Pay

$18.00–$23.25 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Illinois
• Prior experience or desire to work with the behavioral population is helpful
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Must follow CMS & IDPH rules for the COVID-19 vaccine—fully vaccinated or submit an exemption (details discussed during interview)
