Work One-on-One.** SummitWest Care is a local nonprofit home care agency seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support to clients throughout Mesa County. Home care offers a unique opportunity to spend meaningful time with the people you serve. Rather than caring for multiple residents in a facility setting, you'll provide individualized care in clients' homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Whether you're a seasoned CNA or newly certified, we'd love to talk to you! ***Schedule & Availability*** Applicants Must Have Availability For Weekend morning and evening shifts Some weekday morning and evening shifts Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process and matched to client care needs whenever possible. ***Responsibilities*** Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation Observe for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly Provide companionship and encourage social engagement Assist with light housekeeping and household support tasks Follow individualized care plans and established care instructions Complete accurate and timely care for documentation ***Qualifications*** Current **Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance Compassionate, dependable, professional Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while staying connected with the care team Experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or other health settings is **not required.** Why SummitWest Care?*** We know that great care starts with supporting our caregivers and staff.
