Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- NOW Hiring FT NIGHTS with Sign on Bonus!!
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate.
Let's parse the posting:
- About Us: description of Danville Centre for Health & Rehab and Signature HealthCARE. That's about the organization, not necessarily "About the role". Could be "About Us" but we only allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we can use other headings? Probably we should stick to those headings if content matches. "About Us" could map to "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could include an "About the role" section summarizing the role overview. The posting includes "Overview Growth is in our DNA! Come grow with us in your new position as a Certified Nursing Assistant. CNA’s are the heart of our nursing homes…don’t miss a beat and apply today! Watch the video below to see a day in the life of our CNAs!" That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role
.
Responsibilities: list of duties under "How You Will Make a Difference". That's responsibilities.
Requirements: "What You Need To Make a Difference" includes certification, communication skills, etc. That's requirements/qualifications. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications but we can combine. We'll follow headings: Requirements maybe includes certification, skills. Qualifications maybe similar. But we can just use Requirements for that content.
Skills: maybe we can extract skills from requirements: effective verbal/written communication, ability to work collaboratively, customer service oriented, approachable, flexible, adaptable, function independently, personal integrity, work with stakeholders/vendors. Could be Skills section.
Benefits: "Our exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks include the following and more!" then list: Medical, Dental and Vision – Voluntary Life/Disability, 401(K) and Roth 401(K), Shift Differentials and Weekend Enhanced Hourly Rates, Tuition Forgiveness/Education Reimbursement, Uniform Allowance (Seventy-Five Dollars) for first-time newly hired stakeholders and continuous allotment, Pay Advance and Next Day Pay!, Paid Time Off (PTO), Reward & Recognition Program (HEART), VitalLinks, Signature Inspire Foundation – providing a safety net for our stakeholders.
Pay: "NOW HIRING!! Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant Offering $2,500 Sign on Bonus* NIGHT Shift 7:00PM - 7:00AM Pay rate based on years of certified experience and shift". Also later "Salary Range Up to USD $19.81/Hr." So we have pay info: sign-on bonus, shift differential, salary range up to $19.81/hr. We'll include Pay section.
Schedule: "NIGHT Shift 7:00PM - 7:00AM". So schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. At end: "Signature HealthCARE is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran and other protected categories" remove. Also "# #INDCNA" remove.
We must preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't lose any details.
Let's craft HTML:

We should ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "About Us" description of Danville Centre and Signature HealthCARE is substantive but not covered in any section. Should we include it? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". The About Us description is substantive. Where to put? Could be under About the role? But that is about the role, not the company. Could add an "About the company" section but not in allowed headings. However we could incorporate it into About the role as a preamble? The About the role section currently only includes the overview about growth and video. We could expand it to include the company description. That would preserve all substantive info. Let's do that: About the role section can include both the role overview and company description. That seems okay. Thus About the role paragraph: combine the overview and the About Us description. Let's craft:Growth is in our DNA! Come grow with us in your new position as a Certified Nursing Assistant. CNA’s are the heart of our nursing homes…don’t miss a beat and apply today! Watch the video below to see a day in the life of our CNAs! Danville Centre for Health & Rehab is a 106‑bed healthcare center offering short‑term rehabilitative care as well as long‑term care. We offer a variety of clinical care programs, along with physical, occupational and speech therapies. The vision, to radically change the landscape of healthcare, forever. Through education and empowerment, we earn the trust of every patient, family member, and the community we serve. Signature HealthCARE is a family‑based healthcare company offering integrated services across multiple states. Our continuum of care includes skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home‑based services supported by innovative technologies like telehealth and Care.ai‑enabled solutions. We are committed to advancing person‑directed care and quality outcomes. Many of our facilities continue to receive high performance ratings and accreditations. As an award‑winning organization recognized over the years by national outlets such as U.S. News & World Report, we take pride in fostering compassionate care environments and being an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
That preserves all About Us content. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed. Check for any other substantive info: "NOW HIRING!! Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant Offering $2,500 Sign on Bonus* NIGHT Shift 7:00PM - 7:00AM Pay rate based on years of certified experience and shift". We covered sign-on bonus, pay rate, shift. Also "Our exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks include the following and more!" we covered. Anything else: "At Signature HealthCARE, our team members are permitted – no, encouraged – to employ their talents and abilities to solve problems. Our culture is built on three distinct pillars: Learning, Spirituality and Intra-preneurship. Each pillar has its own staff and initiatives, ensuring that our unique culture permeates the entire organization. Come see what the revolution is all about!" That's substantive about culture. Should we preserve? It's not covered yet. Could add to About the role section or maybe a separate "Culture" section but not in allowed headings. We could add to About the role section as well. Let's incorporate that paragraph into About the role after company description. Thus About the role paragraph will be long but okay. Now check for any other: "Signature HealthCARE is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran and other protected categories" removed. Also "# #INDCNA" removed. Now ensure we didn't miss any list items: In responsibilities we captured all bullet points. Let's verify original responsibilities text: "How You Will Make a Difference Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
