About the role

As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the night shift (7pm-7am) at Forest City Hospice House, you will assist patients with daily activities, monitor their conditions, and report changes to the care team. You’ll provide compassionate support to patients and families, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their health care journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift 80–100 lbs.
• A passion for serving patients and families with compassion and integrity.
