Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks including hygiene, mobility, meals, and hydration
- Observing and reporting health changes to the nursing team
- Keeping resident areas clean, tidy, and comfortable
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Collaborating with nursing staff and contributing to a positive, team-based environment
- Maintaining resident confidentiality and upholding all standards of care
