Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Absorb equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and bedside needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment
- Absorb basic clerical and documentation tasks
- Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Support both Med/Surg and Emergency Department needs based on patient volume
