Position Highlights

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $26.00 per hour. The actual pay rate is dependent upon experience. The position offers a potential sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 and a relocation bonus of up to $1,500.

Work Shift

Shift: Afternoon Shift
Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm
Rotation: Weekends and Holidays
Frequency: 64 hours every two weeks

What You Will Do

  • Provides assistance to residents with their activities of daily living
  • Performs routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff
  • Assists patients with bathing, dressing, shaving, oral hygiene, bed making, transfers, toileting, feeding, answering call lights, and maintaining a clean environment
  • Documents concise and factual information on appropriate forms
  • Performs or assists residents in performing specific medical care activities as per established policy and procedure
  • Affords emotional, educational, and spiritual support to families
  • Maintains an environment that is clean and safe for all residents, families, and staff

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be able to work the specified hours
  • Must have visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others
  • Must have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds

Required Education, License/Certification, Or Work Experience

  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Must be licensed in the state of practice within 120 days
  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of related experience or training

High School or GED Equivalent
