Through our completely free CNA training program, you'll receive the education, hands-on experience, and support you need to succeed. Once you complete the program and earn your certification, you'll transition directly into a rewarding role as a Certified Nursing Assistant on our team.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents - Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts - Enhance residents’ quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities

No Prior Experience Required:

We welcome individuals with a passion for caring for others. Our all-inclusive training program is designed to prepare you for success: - CNA Training Program: 75 hours, with a blend of online and in-person learning - Certification: Earn your CNA certification upon completion

Required Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills - Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs - Must pass a Minnesota Background Check
