About the role

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time. This full-time position involves traveling between patient homes to see 7-8 patients per day across the greater Lansing area.

Schedule

• Full Time: 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Maintain strong communication with patients and care team

Requirements

• Current CNA registration in the State of Michigan
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties
• Ability to travel between patient homes within assigned territory
• Positive attitude and dedication to quality patient care
