About the role

Brighten Life Home Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Cedar City to provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families in our community. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with a focus on making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, oral care, dressing, and grooming according to their needs.
• Bathe residents while ensuring privacy, dignity, and a safe environment.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Maintain residents’ rooms in a neat, orderly, and clutter-free manner.
• Address admissions, catheter changes, medication needs, falls, and urgent care requirements.
• Document all care performed in accordance with the plan of care.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• Must maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Must complete 12 hours of in-service education annually (or meet state requirements if they exceed federal regulations).
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate the ability to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Must be willing to assist others, including co-workers.
• Recent clinical experience or education is required.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement.
