Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Health Aid (HHA)

We provide in-home care to the following areas: Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia counties and all surrounding cities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients as identified per agency policies and procedures
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Support with mobility
• Light housekeeping
• Running errands and transportation
• Meal preparation
• Companionship

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a car
• Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA
• Available to work in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia counties
• 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)

Pay

$13.50 – $16.00 per hour, with starting pay of $14/hr to $15/hr. After 120 days, caregivers will be under review for a possible pay raise.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible schedules: 4 to 12-hour shifts, 24/7 availability
• Choose your own hours
• Day or evening shifts
• Monday to Friday, weekends as needed, or weekends only
