About the role
Eminence Home Care of Maryland is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care and support to patients in their homes or in a healthcare facility. The role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, providing emotional support, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and record patient information
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail
