About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our PACE Home Care team.
Responsibilities
- Assist participants with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, eating, toileting, hand and foot nail care).
- Support mealtime needs, including feeding assistance when necessary.
- Help with laundry and light household tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Safely assist participants entering and exiting program vehicles.
- Monitor and promptly report changes in participants’ conditions to nursing staff.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive home environment for each participant.
- Perform other care-related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Active, unencumbered CNA license in good standing and current CPR certification (required).
- Experience: Minimum one year working with older adults or individuals with complex care needs.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations prior to direct participant contact.

Skills
- Knowledge of PACE Home Care services and protocols.
- Basic computer skills for accessing patient records and completing documentation.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
