About the role

We are currently hiring for full-time CNA positions, offering flexible schedules including Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday options. The role involves traveling to various homes in the Central towns of Fairfield County, including Danbury, Ridgefield, and Wilton, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to individuals who are sick or disabled
  • Assist with health-related tasks
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
  • Support professional nursing and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Active and valid CNA certification through the state of CT
  • Successfully completed the competency evaluation required by licensure regulations for Home Health Agencies
  • Previous experience in Hospice and Home Healthcare preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance coverage

Pay

The target pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, representing RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency. The final salary will be determined based on careful consideration of various factors.
