Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-time, Evening Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, individualized patient care in a dementia care setting. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and adherence to care standards to ensure resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Provide transportation and support for leisure activities.
• Offer emotional support to residents and their families.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate effectively and document care activities in a timely manner.
• Report observations and concerns to the care team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified as a CNA in New York State.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Physical Requirements

This role involves medium work, including walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting residents or equipment as needed.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
