Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Full-time

Position Overview

Orlando Central is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing, oral hygiene, oral feeding, and hair care
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers, assisting transporters with moving patients
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
