CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT- (CNA) Full-Time and Part-Time, AM, PM and NOCS

About the role

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with shift differential for PM (2nd) Shift and NOC (3rd) Shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.
• Absorb and assist residents with daily needs including bathing, dressing, eating, oral hygiene, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
• Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.
• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Accurately document cares provided.
• Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.

Requirements

• Current CNA Certification (Wisconsin, in good standing).
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care skills.
• Compassion, attention to detail, and a true desire to help others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• First Aid/CPR certification.

• Hourly rate varies based on shift.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM- 2:15 PM.
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM (+$2.00 differential).
• NOC Shift: 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM (+$2.00 differential).
