Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

• Help cover inpatient units, such as medical-surgical, pediatrics and inpatient behavioral health.
• Transport patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, x-ray, etc.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands‑on learning) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Pay

• Starting pay of $18.64 per hour, with additional increases for experience.
• Shift differentials: PMs +$0.75, Nights +$1.75, Weekends +$1.50.
• 40‑hour flex overtime computation.

Schedule

• 0.6 FTE (approximately 48 hours bi‑weekly).
• 12‑hour day shifts (6:30 am – 7:00 pm).
• No weekend work.
• Three paid holidays per year.
