About the role

Crest View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to residents while supporting the overall mission of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health data.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Participate in shift handovers and report resident conditions to supervisors.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passing score on a state-approved CNA competency exam.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
