About the role

Grand Meadows Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. The role involves delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, preparing them for activities and social programs, and performing basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities.
• Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
