1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)
*Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible*

Unit Bio
The Cardiac Surgical Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) provides care for patients who have undergone a myriad of critical surgical procedures such as Vascular, Gastrointestinal, Liver, Renal, Renal Pancreas Transplantation, Orthopedics, Plastics, Otolaryngology, Urology, Thoracic, Surgical Oncology, Oral Maxillo-Facial, Obstetrics, and Gynelogical Surgery.
Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant – Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certificates/Licenses: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
