This is a full-time opportunity to work Baylor shifts (36 weekend hours — 12-hour shifts — paid as a standard 40-hour work week).

Responsibilities

• Perform various patient care activities and accommodative services under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse
• Perform patient care activities within the limits of the position
• Do not administer medications or therapy
• Do not assume independent responsibility for patient care
• Accomplish duties in a manner consistent with the policies, procedures, and guidelines of PAM Health
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides
• Current BLS certification is required

Qualifications

• None required
• A minimum of two to three years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred
