Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

We are seeking CNAs to join our Woodbury/Stonebridge Team. We offer full-time, part-time, and temporary positions, including weekend shifts with enhanced pay rates. We also provide signing bonuses, referral programs, and tuition assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care for patients by following physician’s orders, resident’s plan of care, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
• Provide care within the scope of practice under the supervision and direction of the Unit Director, RN Supervisor, or Director of Nursing.
• Perform other duties within the scope of Certification and as assigned by the manager.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be a consistent example of teamwork, and have proficiency with use of EHRs and computer skills.
• Provide excellent care and leadership for our team.

Qualifications/Requirements

• NC CNA or enrollment in a State Approved CNA certification class.
• US work authorization (preferred).
• Covid vaccine or religious/medical exemption (required).
• Good standing with credentialing organization/NCDHHS/other regulatory agencies (required).
• 18 years of age or older (16-18 may apply for part-time positions).
• Ability to work with any staff, Physician, visitor, vendor, resident, and family member regardless of race, gender, disease process, lifestyle, religious, spiritual or cultural beliefs, or treatment.
• Attend facility mandatory in-services/staff meetings as posted/scheduled.
• Complete facility mandatory competencies in a timely manner.
• High School Diploma preferred but not required. State of NC CNA Certification is required.
