Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Wellspring. Full-Time or Part-Time positions available. Hourly range $19.40 - $20.38 plus shift differential.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, mobility, and other personal care needs while protecting their dignity and independence
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and families, learning what matters most to them and helping create a positive experience every day
• Notice the small changes that can make a big difference, observing residents closely and communicating important information to the nursing team
• Support resident comfort by answering call lights promptly, assisting with appointments and activities, and ensuring residents feel safe, heard, and cared for
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment through light housekeeping, laundry services, meal support, and other tasks that contribute to residents' overall well-being
• Participate in admissions and transitions, helping new residents and families feel welcomed and supported as they begin their journey with us

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or the ability to obtain certification within four months of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving or related experience, preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members to provide exceptional care

Schedule

Full-time or Part-time Night Shift, 12-hour shifts 6:00pm - 6:00am. Every third weekend and every third holiday required. Self-scheduling available.
