• Helping a resident start their morning feeling refreshed and respected
• Offering reassurance to someone who needs a familiar voice
• Noticing small changes and advocating for the people who rely on you
• Sharing a laugh, a story or a quiet moment
• Being the steady, compassionate support that helps seniors live their best possible lives

Requirements

• A current Michigan CNA license
• A dedication to compassionate, person-centered care
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Experience in long-term care is helpful, but your heart for this work matters most

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time | Night Shift, 12 hour shifts
• Every other weekend rotation
• Pay: $20.40–$22.00/hour, based on licensure
