Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We’re seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant 1099 Independent Contractor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care
• Aid with personal hygiene and meal preparation
• Help with mobility and perform routine housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required

Pay

Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
