What Will You Do in This Role?
- Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities
- Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
Do You Have What It Takes?
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
