Arbor Terrace Highland Park is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time roles in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Weekend shift differential available—earn an additional $1.50/hour for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to seniors
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and personal care needs
• Encourage resident engagement and socialization
• Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
• Communicate resident updates and changes with the care team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Previous experience as a nursing assistant preferred
• Memory care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Schedule

Assisted Living

• Full-time: 7AM–3PM
• Part-time: 3PM–11PM
• Weekends only part-time: 11PM–7AM

Memory Care

• Part-time: 3PM–11PM
• Weekends only part-time
• Flexible schedule available

Pay

Weekend shift differential: earn an additional $1.50/hour for weekend shifts.
